Antaris Integration¶
Prerequisites¶
- Antaris account with API access
- API key and location identifier from your Antaris account manager
Finding Your Credentials¶
Contact your Antaris account manager or Antaris support to obtain:
- API Key
- Location identifier for your facility
These are not self-service in the Antaris portal — Antaris provisions them for each integration.
Configuring DFACS¶
In the DFACS dashboard, go to Configuration:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Billing Platform | Antaris |
| API Key | your Antaris API key |
| Location | your location identifier |
Click Save.
DFACS validates members against Antaris in real time on each scan. In addition to standard active/inactive status, Antaris returns NSF (non-sufficient funds) status for members with failed payments.
| Antaris status | DFACS behavior |
|---|---|
| Active | Granted |
| Expired | Denied — Expired membership |
| NSF | Denied — Non-sufficient funds |
| Revoked | Denied — Revoked |
NSF denials resolve automatically once the member's payment is settled in Antaris and DFACS performs the next sync.
Members with resolved NSF still being denied
- After an NSF balance is cleared in Antaris, force a sync: Dashboard → Status → Force Sync
- DFACS caches NSF status locally; a sync is required to pick up the change
"API Disconnected" after credential change
- Antaris API keys do not rotate automatically — if your key was regenerated by Antaris, update it in DFACS Configuration
Location identifier rejected
- Location identifiers are case-sensitive and must match exactly what Antaris provided
- Contact your Antaris account manager to confirm the correct value
