Paramount Acceptance Integration¶
Prerequisites¶
- Paramount Acceptance account
- Club AT identifier
- Bearer token (API credential)
Finding Your Credentials¶
Paramount Acceptance credentials are provided by Paramount when your account is set up. If you don't have them:
- Contact Paramount Acceptance support
- Or, if your account was set up through ABC Financial, contact your ABC Financial account representative
You need: - Club AT — your club's unique identifier in the Paramount system - Bearer Token — your API authentication token
Configuring DFACS¶
In the DFACS dashboard, go to Configuration:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Billing Platform | Paramount |
| Club AT | your club identifier |
| Bearer Token | your API bearer token |
Click Save.
Paramount requires specific handling of member PII. DFACS provides configurable display settings to meet your privacy requirements.
In Configuration → Paramount → Display Settings:
| Setting | Controls |
|---|---|
| Show member names in access log | On / Off |
| Show membership type in access log | On / Off |
Turn these off if you want access logs to show only barcode values and outcomes, without displaying member names or plan details.
Authentication failures ("401 Unauthorized" in error log)
- Bearer tokens can expire — contact Paramount Acceptance support to renew your token
- Verify the Club AT value matches exactly what Paramount provided
Members denied immediately after joining
- New Paramount memberships may take up to one full sync cycle to propagate
- Force a sync: Dashboard → Status → Force Sync
- If still denied, confirm the new member's status is showing as active in the Paramount system
